I'm starting this blog to share my love of electronics.  Call it nerdery or whatever you like. I call it good old fun.

I'm designing an 8 bit synth.  It will be completely open source and available in both kit and assembled form.  I will be documenting the design process, discussing design decisions, and detailing problems and solutions.  In the end, you will be able to follow the whole process from idea to bonafide awesomeness.
